Q1- What is meant by Urine Therapy? Is it like all other systems of treatment?
Ans- Urine Therapy (U.T) is nature’s own way to rid humanity of ailments. It is natural, spontaneous and faultless. U.T is not a therapy like other therapies, a natural process where no outside help is needed to use medicines, opt for injections or operations or any other device because you can do most of the stages yourself, without any help, from any help, except when one has to massage whole body.

Q2- What about bad taste and smell of urine and how to remove it?
Ans- Urine taste like beer or saltiest water. As a first step, first rinse your mouth and wash face with it for a few days. Then sniff in urine. Rinsing and sniffing will take away your dislike for unusual hatred for urine. You may take urine in one go. If however, you are unable to reconcile yourself, then mix urine with apple or orange juice. It will remove bad odor and taste. Later on, you can start on with pure urine or else urine may be diluted with water.

Q3- What are the initial reactions after one has a first sip of urine?
Ans- Initially some people have nausea and/or vomiting and loose motions. These are natural reactions of urine drinking. If these two/three symptoms appear, don’t be disgusted, as all such reactions, if occurred (which they normally do) act to remove foreign deposits (harmful ones) from body. You may even sniff out from your nose some fluid which also indicates that U.T has starting cleansing the nasal cavities.

Q4- Why U.T failed to come of age and failed to et public support?
Ans- In fact most of the people treat use of U.T. as a secret because other people have repugnance for it. The user is afraid to divulge its use lest he is made a laughing stock. In Shivambu chikitsa, Lord Shiva directs Goddess Parvati to keep the therapy as a secret only. That is why U.T. could not find general acceptance among masses. There was no dissemination of knowledge due to lack of education which was also a prohibitive factors. Moreover persons who practiced other medicinal systems, created and carried on a tirade against U.T., taking advantage of public’s hatred for use of urine. Further, they were scared that if people got benefits from U.T. those practitioners will be devoid of their live hood. All such factors stood in the way of popularity and use of U.T among masses.

Q5- Is U.T not harmful when urine is said to be a waste & poisonous execration of body?
Ans- Urine contains many useful substances as already described earlier in the form of certain useful ingredients meant to protect and cure the disorders. When urine is ingested, it destroys harmful and poisonous toxins/elements in the body by their expulsion through various openings of the body. Poison kills poison-all accept it. If urine is take as a poisonous excretion, it will eliminate all such harmful elements.

Q6- Is it necessary that one should use one’s own urine?
Ans- Yes, preferably one’s own urine only, if the same is excreted is requisite quantity. One’s own urine is best suited to one’s own body because the user will be using his own urine and the same will gain entry again into that person’s body. But it certain physical disorders, patient is unable to secrete all the or secretes in drops only and such a meager quantity cannot meet needs of the body (as when kidneys stop to function or when there is water shortage in the body and the patient is also unable to take in any liquid orally). In such a condition, a healthy person’s urine should be used instead. When the patient start excreting his own urine in requisite quantity, the former may be replaced by the patient’s own urine. Use of other healthy person’s urine is an emergency management for crises period.

Q7- Why dietary restrictions are imposed during course of U.T.? can one addicted to Tobacco, meat, alcohol or any other such habit continue with them even during course of U.T. ?
Ans- Our urine is a natural excretion of our body. What we eat affects quality and quantity of urine. One may have no urination or more of it. One may develop constipation which if allowed to prolong, will effect odor, flow, quality and quantity of urine. That is why all offensive, pungent, intoxicants are forbidden to be used. Vegetables and food grains form an important part of our food. When tobacco, meat, drugs, intoxicants, alcohol etc are used, they vitiate the quality of urine, hence when such urine is excreted and then ingested, it may create certain unpalatable reactions which is turn may prove harmful. Hence with U.T. fasting only on water or cow’s milk is extolled because they render the urine devoid of bad smell, foul appearance and bad taste. Those who normally keep on fruits and milk have more acceptable quality of urine. When food grains, meat, alcohol, tobacco, drugs etc become part our regular dietary pattern, the urine will have their ingredients in it and this get vitiated.

Q8- What essential attributes to start with U.T. are required?
Ans-
First of all be prepared mentally for U.T. Do not be tempted if some one else is doing it. In fact your own innate urge, your being personally convinced with healing capacity of U.T. Your innate and natural drive, removal of taboos and myths, doubts and apprehensions can only motivate to use of U.T. Do not be forced into it by someone else. Unless your conviction and conscientious efforts are strong enough to motivate, and induce you to embark upon this process, do not hasten; Be patient, persuasive and receptive. You may gain inspiration from someone, but don’t plunge yourself into it, unless you are fully conversant and convinced with stages of treatment through use of urine. So, be your own master. A half hearted, casual, lopsided approach will harm your case. You may have to end up in disgust and failure in the absence of a strong and intrinsic strong will-power.

Q9- Why only morning’s urine is recommended and how to start taking it?
Ans-
Your body is at complete rest during right and during night all the essential ingredients are assimilated by urine, So to say, urine whole night is richest in minerals, vitamins, nutrients and other essential elements necessary to sustain all functions of body hence use of first urine in the morning after you get up.
First part of the urine and last portion are not to be used. Only the middle portion is to used. The doctors also advise and agree that first urine in the morning is rich in deposits, hence most suitable for examination. When urine specimen is given for “culture sensitivity test”, it is the middle portion which is taken for examination purposes. So use of morning urine and that too, use of its middle stream (portion) fortify our assertion, by above mentioned modes of urinary clinical examinations.

Q10- It U.T matters as indicated in certain diseases, or is it effective in and capable of curing all the diseases which manifest human beings?
Ans-
Disease is the result of some violation to laws of nature. When we transgress or flout laid down laws of nature, we are bound have reactions which appear in the form of diseases. Very often diseases are also caused by climatic changes, some infections, contacts, contagious, pollution of air, noise etc. Urine intake corrects all the defects and diseases which are found in a human body. In fact, it is a panecea for all diseases. Certain reactions should never be taken as contra-indications. There is no disease which can not be cured by U.T. The readers would have felt convinced and satisfied, after reading treatment portion of this book, though it was not possible to mention all the disease due to space crunch. But about the curability of disease already described should suffice to sustain and fortify our assertion.

Q11- Should one disclose to relatives and friends about use of U.T.?
Ans-
There is no harm in disclosing if those around you have an open and receptive mind. If you think that you are using U.T. to get rid of your physical disorders but its very mention or disclosure will invite discouragement, decision or mockery, it is better to keep mum, instead of getting demoralized by easy chaired critics. After you have gained demoralized by easy chaired critics. After you have gained from adherence to U.T. then telling about benefits exacted and experienced by you, will turn those critics aghast with surprise and wonder because results would be quite visible and apparent to them also. After all truth always prevails and it must be advocated fearlessly and stoically.

Q12- Should a suffer practice U.T. alone or seek help from a Guru (Teacher) or an experienced person?
Ans-
If you have strong and unshakable will power and are aware of all the Dos and Don’ts of U.T. and can also face all the problems arising during course/practice of U.T. you hardly require an outsider’s help. In case of whole body massage, you do need another man’s help. Guidance of an experienced person is needed if there is some abnormal development. In case, in an emergency, and expert’s guidance can be of immense utility and value.

Q13- What are the basic requirements needed to start with U.T.? Is U.T. and expensive therapy?
Ans-
Nothing is required except your strong will and determination and capacity to face problems if any. Your tenacity steadfastness, moral courage and will to carry on with the experiment will always stand you in good stead. You must not be let down, feel disheartened if results take longer to emerge. As for expenses it is a costless device. You need only a tumbler or glass, some gauze or cloth, Eye-Bath glasses, bottles for strong urine, douching and syringing devices, dropper, a ‘Neti pot’ or simply a small (conical) vessel for sniffing, In absence of such almost costless articles, you can almost find them at your own house. But none should use your article without being properly washed.

Q14- Is taking both necessary? If ye, how many times a day? What are the Don’ts bout bathing?
Ans-
From hygienic viewpoint bathing is necessary at least once in the morning. Taking bath 1 or 1 ½ hours after urine massage is essential but do not use any soap or shampoo during bath and any talcum powder, cream, pomade, fragrance after a bath. In winter take bath with lukewarm or hot water but during summer fresh tepid water will suffice.
